About the role
- Take over the renewal process for Digital Native accounts (2,000 employees and below)
- Work with account executives to identify upsell and cross sell opportunities
- Conduct regular meetings with existing customers to establish overall sentiment/ identify concerns and address them head on/ improve overall customer satisfaction
- Partner with support, sales and technical account management teams to drive customer issues to resolution
- Crisply communicate with customers to confirm their renewals, complete them on time, and maximize Semgrep’s Gross Dollar Retention (reduce churn wherever possible).
Requirements
- Experience in pre-sales roles including Sales, and Sales Development
- Superior communication skills and high level of emotional IQ
- Great organizational skills and acute attention to detail
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments
- General understanding of developer tools and technical acumen is a major plus
- Coachability, curiosity, and tenacity
