About the role

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Demonstrated executive leadership with a proven track record of driving transformational change and operational excellence within mortgage servicing, change management, and quality assurance functions.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in senior management roles, overseeing large-scale, cross-functional teams and complex business initiatives in mortgage servicing or related financial services.
  • Deep expertise in regulatory compliance, industry best practices, and strategic policy development, with a reputation for elevating organizational standards and ensuring sustained regulatory alignment.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive consensus on high-impact initiatives.
  • Recognized for strategic vision, decisive problem-solving, and the ability to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
