About the role
- Develop and maintain performance metrics reporting for the sales and customer service support teams
- Prepare quantitative analysis using Microsoft Excel SQL and other analytic & visualization tools to develop meaningful insights of various program performance
- Provide forward-looking and historical analysis for strategic initiatives through modeling and sensitivity tool usage
- Produce clear and concise presentations regarding projects and other assigned tasks
- Provide ad hoc analytical support to various teams throughout the business
- Create reporting for key performance indicators monitor results and provide analysis of results to company stakeholders
- Collaborate with department leaders to build analyze and defend strategy and business cases for new initiatives workflow enhancements technological enhancements etc.
- Translate high level business problems into meaningful analysis and provide recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Analytics or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in analyst role (finance operations business or equivalent) required
- Experience working with technical applications and programming languages like PowerBI Tableau Python R etc. highly preferred
