💰 $75,000 - $85,000 per year
About the role
- Own the first impression by sparking conversations with IT, Network, and Cloud leaders at large enterprises
- Generate and qualify opportunities through outbound channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events)
- Collaborate with leadership to refine outbound strategy and shape the BDR playbook
- Partner with Account Executives to drive pipeline, set high-quality meetings, and impact revenue
- Research target accounts deeply to personalize outreach
- Leverage sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, & Nooks to maximize efficiency and results
- Work directly with the Head of Business Development and help define how we build pipeline and scale a world-class sales engine
Requirements
- Proven track record of success and at least 1 year of BDR experience in tech/software — or you’re ready to prove you can be the best
- Emotional intelligence; Team Player

- Naturally curious; desire to deeply understand prospects’ problems
