About the role

  • Own the first impression by sparking conversations with IT, Network, and Cloud leaders at large enterprises
  • Generate and qualify opportunities through outbound channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events)
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine outbound strategy and shape the BDR playbook
  • Partner with Account Executives to drive pipeline, set high-quality meetings, and impact revenue
  • Research target accounts deeply to personalize outreach
  • Leverage sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, & Nooks to maximize efficiency and results
  • Work directly with the Head of Business Development and help define how we build pipeline and scale a world-class sales engine

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success and at least 1 year of BDR experience in tech/software — or you’re ready to prove you can be the best
  • Emotional intelligence; Team Player
  • Detail-Oriented and organized
  • High-Energy, motivated, and curious
  • Resilient & Fearless; comfortable with rejection and asking hard questions
  • Naturally curious; desire to deeply understand prospects’ problems
