About the role

  • Own the administration and integration of our marketing stack Hubspot, Salesforce, Common Room, ZoomInfo
  • Build and optimize automated workflows for email marketing, lead nurturing, webinar operations, and event tracking
  • Manage the end-to-end lead lifecycle, including lead scoring models, routing, and attribution
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs such as CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI by channel
  • Lead database maintenance efforts, including list segmentation, data enrichment, and compliance with global privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA)
  • Continuously identify bottlenecks in the marketing funnel and implement scalable solutions to improve team efficiency

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations, preferably within the B2B SaaS or Cybersecurity/DevOps space
  • Power-user status Hubspot and CRM Salesforce
  • Experience with ABM platforms and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) is a major plus
  • You don't just pull reports; you interpret data to tell a story and recommend strategic shifts
  • You have a "measure twice, cut once" mentality when it comes to automation and database management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment where priorities can shift quickly
