About the role
- Own the administration and integration of our marketing stack Hubspot, Salesforce, Common Room, ZoomInfo
- Build and optimize automated workflows for email marketing, lead nurturing, webinar operations, and event tracking
- Manage the end-to-end lead lifecycle, including lead scoring models, routing, and attribution
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs such as CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI by channel
- Lead database maintenance efforts, including list segmentation, data enrichment, and compliance with global privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA)
- Continuously identify bottlenecks in the marketing funnel and implement scalable solutions to improve team efficiency
Requirements
- 4+ years in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations, preferably within the B2B SaaS or Cybersecurity/DevOps space
- Power-user status Hubspot and CRM Salesforce
- Experience with ABM platforms and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) is a major plus
- You don't just pull reports; you interpret data to tell a story and recommend strategic shifts
- You have a "measure twice, cut once" mentality when it comes to automation and database management
