Payroll

• You prepare the monthly payroll on time and transmit all payroll-relevant data to our external service provider, working closely with your colleague.
• You review and validate the generated payslips for plausibility and act as the point of contact for employees on salary-related questions.
• You reliably handle personnel administration — from employment contracts and employee personnel files to deadline tracking — and coordinate cross-functional matters with the team.
• You manage the company pension scheme in accordance with the German Occupational Pensions Act (BetrAVG) and administratively oversee our benefits portfolio.
• You maintain our personnel data in Workday, produce HR reports and actively share your insights with the team.

• You are the primary point of contact and sparring partner for the Business Unit leadership and the management boards of the entities you support on all strategic HR topics.
• You enable leaders to fulfil their role as the first point of contact for their employees.
• You develop HR strategies that effectively support our company and business development.
• You help shape group-wide HR projects.
• Advising on complex HR matters.
• You advise leaders on complex employment law, organizational and personnel-related issues across the entire employee lifecycle.
• You work closely and with trust with the Head of HR & Culture and the other HR Business Partners.
