• You prepare the monthly payroll on time and submit all payroll-relevant data to our external service provider, working closely with your colleague.
• You review and verify the produced payslips for plausibility and serve as a point of contact for employees with payroll questions.
• You reliably manage personnel administration—from employment contracts and personnel files to deadline tracking—and coordinate cross-functional matters with the team.
• You administer the company pension scheme in accordance with the German Company Pensions Act (BetrAVG) and manage our benefits portfolio administratively.
• You maintain our personnel data in Workday, produce HR reports and actively contribute your insights to the team.

HR Officer, Payroll

• Du bereitest die monatliche Entgeltabrechnung termingerecht vor und übermittelst alle abrechnungsrelevanten Daten an unseren externen Dienstleister.
• Du prüfst und kontrollierst die erstellten Gehaltsabrechnungen auf Plausibilität und bist Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende bei Gehaltsfragen.
• Du kümmerst dich verlässlich um die Personaladministration, von Arbeitsverträgen über Personalakten bis hin zur Fristenverfolgung.
• Du betreust die betriebliche Altersversorgung gemäß BetrAVG und verwaltest unser Benefits-Portfolio administrativ.
• Du pflegst unsere Personaldaten in Workday, erstellst HR-Auswertungen und bringst deine Erkenntnisse aktiv ins Team ein.
