About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strategic sparring partner for leaders.
  • You are the primary point of contact and sparring partner for the Business Unit leadership and the management boards of the entities you support on all strategic HR topics.
  • You enable leaders to fulfil their role as the first point of contact for their employees.
  • You develop HR strategies that effectively support our company and business development.
  • You help shape group-wide HR projects.
  • Advising on complex HR matters.
  • You advise leaders on complex employment law, organizational and personnel-related issues across the entire employee lifecycle.
  • You work closely and with trust with the Head of HR & Culture and the other HR Business Partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Labor Law, Human Resources Management, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of professional experience in HR management, ideally as an HR Business Partner in a corporate/group environment.
  • Sound knowledge of individual employment law.
  • Confident user of HR IT systems and MS Office; practical experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Clear understanding of the role as a strategic sparring partner for leaders.
  • Strong communication and advisory skills at all hierarchical levels.
  • Ability to lead laterally (influencing without formal authority).
  • High degree of initiative, responsibility, and self-organization.
  • Analytical, structured and solution-oriented thinking.
