About the role

  • Engage with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
  • Design tailored pathways into employment for participants across employability programmes
  • Foster strong partnerships with employers to promote inclusive recruitment practices
  • Identify opportunities, generate leads, and deliver high-quality service
  • Maintain an employer contact database and keep accurate employer records

Requirements

  • Experience in employer engagement, account management, or business development
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Working with external senior managers in an account management capacity
  • Working in a performance target driven environment e.g. recruitment consultant, sales representatives
