About the role
- Engage with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
- Design tailored pathways into employment for participants across employability programmes
- Foster strong partnerships with employers to promote inclusive recruitment practices
- Identify opportunities, generate leads, and deliver high-quality service
- Maintain an employer contact database and keep accurate employer records
Requirements
- Experience in employer engagement, account management, or business development
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working with external senior managers in an account management capacity
- Working in a performance target driven environment e.g. recruitment consultant, sales representatives
