About the role

  • Lead the end‑to‑end strategy for identifying and securing new national business opportunities.
  • Drive proactive opportunity spotting across frameworks, procurement pipelines, and target accounts to maximise new business potential.
  • Own the full tender lifecycle — from strategy creation to high‑quality submission — with a sharp focus on new revenue generation.
  • Drive new business revenue by targeting high‑value national tenders and strategic growth opportunities.
  • Maintain visibility of all upcoming national tender opportunities across protective services.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships across the organisation to drive alignment and accelerate new business success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing high-value tenders, bids or proposals (national scale ideal).
  • Strong understanding of protective services or adjacent safety-led markets.
  • Exceptional written communication—able to create persuasive, polished content.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple concurrent submissions.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret complex contract requirements.
  • Advanced MS Word, PowerPoint and proposal-building capability.
