About the role
- Managing a selected group of clients
- Leading a team of approximately 50 security staff
- Organizational, operational and financial responsibility for assigned clients and employees
- Developing existing client relationships
- Market monitoring and new client acquisition
- Advising clients on security and service matters
- Optimizing service delivery and operational processes
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business education (Matura or university degree)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Experience in staff leadership and client management, ideally with sales responsibilities
- Commercial/financial acumen
- Excellent German and English skills
- Class B driver’s license
- Professional demeanor combined with strong communication skills
- Good PC/user skills and an interest in technology
