About the role
- Drive quality excellence from concept to delivery across the SDLC
- Design and implement robust automation strategies (API, UI, etc.)
- Analyze system architecture and data flows to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed quality upstream
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and champion quality improvements
- Work as part of a distributed agile team building Securiti's SaaS platform for data governance, privacy, and security
- Act as technical consultant and enabler of quality, not just application developer or defect detector
Requirements
- Strong programming skills and experience with automation frameworks
- Understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures
- Proactive mindset and passion for quality excellence
- 2+ years of work experience in software test engineering, preferably at an enterprise SaaS organization
- Responsible for application and/or security testing of web application and/or network applications
- Experience making strategic automation decisions (API vs. UI) and analyzing system architecture and data flow
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or MIS desirable (will consider other candidates with strong and relevant work experience)
