About the role

  • Drive quality excellence from concept to delivery across the SDLC
  • Design and implement robust automation strategies (API, UI, etc.)
  • Analyze system architecture and data flows to ensure comprehensive test coverage
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed quality upstream
  • Identify issues at scale and champion quality improvements
  • Work as part of a distributed agile team building a new SaaS platform
  • Make strategic automation decisions (API vs. UI) and enable development teams

Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience in software test engineering preferably at an enterprise SaaS organization where you were responsible for application and/or security testing of web application and/or network applications
  • Strong programming skills and experience with automation frameworks
  • Understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures
  • Experience with API and UI automation strategies
  • Proactive mindset and passion for quality excellence
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or MIS desirable (will consider strong relevant work experience)
