About the role
- Drive quality excellence from concept to delivery across the SDLC
- Design and implement robust automation strategies (API, UI, etc.)
- Analyze system architecture and data flows to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed quality upstream
- Identify issues at scale and champion quality improvements
- Work as part of a distributed agile team building a new SaaS platform
- Make strategic automation decisions (API vs. UI) and enable development teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience in software test engineering preferably at an enterprise SaaS organization where you were responsible for application and/or security testing of web application and/or network applications
- Strong programming skills and experience with automation frameworks
- Understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures
- Experience with API and UI automation strategies
- Proactive mindset and passion for quality excellence
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or MIS desirable (will consider strong relevant work experience)
