Account Manager

• Educate appropriate Health Care Providers on the on-label use of Copiktra in a fair and balanced manner, delivering clinical, efficacy and safety messaging using company-approved promotional materials to target physicians.
• Develop and execute comprehensive territory business plans that align field execution with corporate strategic objectives, driving consistent achievement of sales targets and key performance metrics.
• Conduct monthly business reviews to analyze progress, identify opportunities and risks, and implement data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
• Achieve on-label sales growth consistent with business plan in compliance with Secura Bio policies.
• Monitor operating costs and effectively manage territory budget.
• Identify key practice decision-makers.
• Conduct promotional presentations, informational in-services, and educational programs to appropriate targeted customers.
• Support commercial presence at all appropriate key medical congresses in territory.
• Overnight travel within territory, to conferences, training and sales meetings will be required.
• Engage with Medical Science Liaison and/or another designated contact in Medical Affairs for appropriate follow-up on customer questions.
• Comply with all Secura Bio policies and applicable laws.

• Lead Key Opinion Leader (KOL) insight gathering, distill trends and summarize to inform Corporate and Brand strategies.
• Attain cutting edge expertise with relevant data readouts, podium and medical congress outputs.
• Support speaker identification with recommendations for appropriate speakers, product and compliance training, and management of branded and unbranded programs.
• Coordinate with Legal/Compliance and Marketing to execute Speaker Programs consistent with marketing plan, Secura Bio policies and applicable law.
• Support commercial advisory boards with recommendations for KOLs and handling logistics consistent with Secura Bio policies and applicable law.
• Collaborate with KAMs, MAR and where appropriate MSLs, to synthesize and share evolving KOL insights, as appropriate as well as identify regional marketing opportunities.
• Raise the awareness of Secura Bio, Inc. with key customers and connect customers with appropriate Secura team member or function based on needs.
• Continue to cultivate a culture aligned to a growth mindset and continuous feedback
