💰 $60,000 - $70,000 per year

About the role

  • Processes pay and payroll taxes on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations
  • Enters and processes accurate biweekly multi-state payroll using HRIS system (currently ADP)
  • Inputs, sets up, executes, maintains, and reviews payroll processing system
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage and hour laws
  • Customizes, sets up, and manages permissions, access, screens, reports for HRIS users
  • Collaborates with others to identify system improvements and enhancements
  • Facilitates audits by collecting and providing records and documentation to auditors

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of payroll processing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of ADP experience
  • Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of ADP
  • Extensive knowledge of payroll functions including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook and Word
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
