About the role
- Drive new business by sourcing and closing high-potential clients through proactive outbound outreach and ecosystem networking
- Lead discovery and qualification calls, identifying client challenges and positioning Evolved-Ideas as a strategic delivery partner
- Own the full sales cycle, including self-sourcing, inbound lead management, negotiation, and closing
- Collaborate with SLT to develop tailored, client-specific proposals
- Leverage modern sales and automation tools (e.g. Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo) to scale outreach and improve efficiency
- Support a seamless post-close handover to relevant team and nurture new accounts to ensure long-term success
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B software and tech sales with a strong outbound focus (IT services or recruitment sales preferred)
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Track record of closing deals and generating revenue
- Strong understanding of the UK tech ecosystem and experience selling to CTOs and senior technology leaders
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools such as Hubspot, Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Curiosity around AI, automation, and modern sales workflows
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable operating in a high-ownership and growth environment
