About the role Propose the state-level strategy for the public policy area's projects; Provide technical support to managers and regional coordinators in implementing the strategy; Coordinate state-level projects in the area; Liaise with business associations, the Legislative Assembly, oversight bodies and the State Government; Monitor legislation and regulations at state and national levels; Conduct technical studies assessing the impact of legislation; Manage contracts and partnership agreements signed with partners; Propose, plan and organize events, meetings and seminars. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Law or Economics. Postgraduate degree in Public Law, Public Policy, Public Management or Local Development (desirable). Solid experience in: Analysis of legislation and regulatory impacts; Liaison with public agencies and governmental institutions; Management of convênios (partnership agreements) and institutional partnerships. Specific knowledge: Complementary Law 123/2006; Law 13.874/2019; Law 14.133/2021; Management and execution of convênios (agreements/grants); Public policies for economic development; Socioeconomic indicators. Driver's license (minimum category B).
