About the role
- Support payroll processing, including monthly verification and closing;
- Assist with recording and auditing electronic timekeeping entries;
- Manage and monitor vacation, termination and onboarding processes;
- Manage and reconcile benefits (transportation, meal/food allowances, health insurance, etc.);
- Maintain and archive departmental documents;
- Monitor and interpret labor and social security legislation and collective bargaining agreements;
- Provide support to employees, managers and partners on payroll, timekeeping and benefits inquiries;
- Support audits and provide information to accounting and other internal departments.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good communication and a collaborative attitude
- Intermediate Excel
- Previous experience in the role
- Knowledge of payroll and labor routines
- Knowledge of eSocial and current legislation
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting or related fields
