About the role

  • Map organizational impacts and propose actions that accelerate adoption of changes;
  • Design and execute communication, training and engagement plans;
  • Apply Change Management methodologies with a focus on results and business value;
  • Support the development of roadmaps and tactical plans, ensuring consistent delivery;
  • Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making and strategic adjustments;
  • Prepare reports and presentations to support strategic, tactical and operational discussions;
  • Organize training sessions and support users in the transition to the new environment.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of programming languages (SQL / Python);
  • Experience in results management and creating performance indicators (KPIs);
  • University degree (completed);
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Curiosity and proactivity in learning new things, and ambition to take on new challenges;
  • Knowledge of banking products and services;
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence;
