💰 €2,600 - €3,300 per month
About the role
- Building high-level knowledge and good relations with clients
- Taking ownership of the complete post-sales life cycle of our clients
- Effective communication with clients and colleagues across SEB on daily basis
- Preparation and delivery of various documentation and reports
- Running implementations of certified products & channels for existing and new clients
- Coordinating legal discussions regarding product agreements
- Managing a dedicated portfolio of clients, building long-term meaningful relationships, maintaining extensive knowledge in Cash Management and leveraging SEB internal product and service specialists
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in financial services industry, preferably in Account Management, Client Services or Sales
- Fluent English language skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to develop client relationships and provide creative and flexible solutions for customers
- Ability to make decisions and conduct courageous conversations
- Incident handling and problem-solving skills
- Proven strong service orientation with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of stakeholders within and outside of the organization
- Knowledge of Cash Management products and services would be an advantage.
