• Build a consistent outpatient caseload starting at 15+ sessions/week and ramping toward 24+ sessions/week (for full-time benefits)
• Deliver therapy (in-person in one of our beautiful Broward offices + hybrid telehealth based on client needs)
• Receive free weekly qualified supervision (individual and/or group)
• Complete timely, high-quality clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a supportive team of colleagues and external providers

Provider Enrollment Specialist

• Manage initial credentialing and payer enrollment for new clinicians across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid managed care plans
• Maintain CAQH profiles, NPPES/NPI records, PECOS enrollments, payer applications, and revalidations
• Track licenses, malpractice coverage, certifications, effective dates, and expirations
• Maintain accurate payer rosters and group/individual linkages across our office locations
• Follow up persistently with payers on pending applications, missing items, effective dates, and enrollment discrepancies
• Coordinate with billing so claims are not submitted before payer effective dates
• Keep clean, auditable records of every application, effective date, payer communication, and follow-up step
• Improve the credentialing tracker and written process as the practice grows

Credentialing Specialist / Provider Enrollment Specialist

Revenue Cycle Specialist

• Full claims lifecycle for outpatient behavioral health services across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid managed care payers
• Denials management: root-cause analysis, appeals, resubmissions, payer follow-up, and prevention
• AR aging triage, payer follow-up strategy, and escalation of recurring issues
• ERA/EOB posting and reconciliation against expected contracted rates
• Investigation of underpayments, rate anomalies, ERA disruptions, and recurring denial patterns
• Written process documentation for the revenue cycle lane
• Clear communication with the Practice Manager when a payer issue needs leadership attention

Senior Medical Biller / Revenue Cycle Specialist

• Provide consistent, high-quality outpatient psychotherapy
• Carry a sustainable caseload built largely from steady internal referrals
• Focus on therapy without the burden of business management
• Engage in regular in-person sessions as well as telehealth
• Document sessions reliably and timely
