• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or child psychotherapy
• Build and maintain a consistent weekly caseload (starting at 15+ sessions, ramping to 24+ for full-time benefits)
• Participate in weekly individual and/or group supervision (no cost to you)
• Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with colleagues and external providers
• Uphold high professional and ethical standards
