About the role
- Provide exceptional medical care to PACE program participants.
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure quality of care.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate healthcare staff.
- Lead Quality Improvement and Performance Improvement initiatives.
- Develop collaborative relationships with community physicians and providers.
- Directly provide medical care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and management of medical conditions.
- Work 100% on-site at the clinic, in the community, or participants’ homes as needed.
Requirements
- MD/DO in CA with valid DEA, CDS, and BLS certifications.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Minimum 5 years of MD experience with 2 years focused on elderly care.
- 2 years of prior PACE experience preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
