About the role
- Conduct outbound prospecting efforts, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn posts and outreach to targeted decision-makers
- Develop and execute personalized outreach campaigns using SalesLoft, Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and similar tools
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects through value-driven follow-up communications
- Leverage Gong to analyze conversations and continuously improve messaging
- Attend Zoom or live events and contribute to pipeline opportunities
- Contribute directly to growth and success of the sales pipeline through qualified lead generation
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- Ability to develop and deliver tailored messaging to specific verticals
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of B2B SaaS or technology solutions a plus
- Prior exposure to sales intelligence tools and metrics-driven environments a plus
- Legally authorized to work in the United States; E-Verify/I-9 required on or before first day of work
