Take full ownership of complex payrolls for Nordic clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Lead and manage audits, handle complex escalations, and ensure SLA performance and client trust.
Initiate and lead process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and service quality.
Train, mentor, and onboard junior team members and serve as an expert resource.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases and drive operational excellence.
Support customer onboarding, contributing to continuous service enhancement and operational best practices.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in Nordic payroll (e.g., Sweden, Norway, Finland, and/or Denmark), with strong exposure to complex payrolls, audits, and process improvements.
You are fully comfortable working independently and handling advanced tasks with minimal supervision.
You enjoy mentoring and supporting less experienced colleagues, guiding them through onboarding and upskilling.
You are seen as a trusted advisor, able to handle escalations and build strong relationships with clients.
You have strong knowledge of payroll systems, advanced Excel skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Experience in outsourced payroll services is a strong plus.
You are fluent in Swedish and English; knowledge of other Nordic languages is an advantage.
