About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, from discovery through close
  • Manage and close inbound demand while driving targeted outbound into priority accounts
  • Run thoughtful discovery to understand customer goals, pain points, and buying criteria
  • Deliver compelling product demos and position Scrunch as a strategic solution—not just a tool
  • Navigate multiple stakeholders (Marketing, Growth, Digital, Brand) within customer orgs
  • Forecast accurately and maintain strong pipeline hygiene in the CRM
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Solutions, and Product to refine messaging and improve win rates
  • Stay current on changes in AI, search, and discovery—and bring that insight into customer conversations

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience (mid-market preferred)
  • Proven success closing $20k–$100k+ ARR deals with marketing or growth buyers
  • Strong discovery skills and comfort leading consultative sales conversations
  • Experience running multiple deals in parallel with varying timelines
  • Clear, confident communication—both written and verbal
  • High ownership mindset: you take accountability for outcomes, not just activity
  • Curiosity and bias toward learning, especially around AI, marketing, and emerging buyer behavior
