About the role
- Partner with Sales and GTM leadership to understand business goals and translate them into effective hiring strategies.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple levels and functions, including new and evolving roles.
- Build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and competitive analysis to ensure a healthy, high-quality funnel.
- Use data and metrics to assess pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements for speed and quality.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers: guiding interview calibration, candidate evaluation, and decision-making.
- Champion Scribe’s brand and culture by authentically pitching our mission and value proposition to candidates.
- Continuously improve tools, workflows, and candidate experience within our ATS (Ashby) and recruiting systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on GTM or Sales hiring.
- Minimum 2 years of in-house recruiting experience at a fast-growing Series B or later-stage SaaS company.
- Proven success developing top-of-funnel strategies and sourcing passive talent through creative and data-informed methods.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with precision and follow-through.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence, advise, and build trust with executives and hiring managers.
- Experience leveraging ATS and sourcing tools (preferably Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Findem, or equivalent).
- Business acumen and a systematic approach to recruiting operations, with a clear understanding of how hiring drives organizational success.
- Passion for building scalable recruiting processes, driving efficiency, and contributing to a culture of excellence.
