About the role

  • Stand up the partnerships function end-to-end, including defining partner strategy and priorities, building the core operating workflows, and establishing how partnerships are sourced, tracked, enabled, and measured
  • Identify, pitch, negotiate, and close the first wave of partners, owning relationships from first conversation through first customer outcomes
  • Design partner offers and commercial models that align with how partners actually sell and deliver work, while protecting long-term economics
  • Run time-bound pilots with partners to test value in real customer engagements, then translate what works into clear, reusable playbooks
  • Track partner impact across pipeline creation, revenue, product activation, and expansion, and use those insights to inform how the function should scale
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and RevOps to remove friction and ship effective partner motions

Requirements

  • You've built something from nothing. You have done 0-1 partnerships before and you are itching to build again.
  • You're highly commercial. You can own a deal cycle, negotiate cleanly, and make tradeoffs that protect long-term economics while getting things live fast.
  • You’re operator-minded and enjoy turning ambiguity into structure and results
  • You understand how partners actually work. You can map incentives, delivery models, and buying paths inside consultancies, integrators, and services-led firms.
  • You communicate clearly and directly, both in writing and on calls, and are comfortable with senior stakeholders
  • You thrive in autonomy, move with urgency, and take accountability for outcomes
