About the role
- Lead and conduct complex, sensitive, and high-risk workplace investigations
- Provide expert guidance to HR Business Partners and Managers
- Directly manage, mentor, and develop one ER Specialist
- Interpret and apply company policies and labor laws
- Identify training opportunities and deliver routine ER training
Requirements
- Ability to communicate fluently (written and verbal) in English and Spanish
- Experience in managing employee relations investigations
- Knowledge of company policies and labor laws
