About the role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for core plant and manufacturing positions.
- Execute bulk, lateral, and critical hiring for plant operations and support functions.
- Partner closely with Plant HR, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand manpower planning and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates using multiple channels - Job portals / Employee referrals/ Professional networks /Internal databases
- Conduct initial screening, shortlisting, and coordinate interviews with plant panels.
- Drive offer negotiation, offer rollout, and candidate closure within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate pre-joining engagement and ensure smooth onboarding with HR Operations.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with plant hiring policies, safety norms, and manpower goals.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of overall recruitment experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Plant hiring experience (Mandatory)
- Strong exposure to manufacturing / plant-based recruitment.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in SuccessFactors.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in manufacturing / automotive / industrial setups
- Familiarity with local labor markets and vendor ecosystem
- Ability to handle high-volume and time-sensitive hiring
- Immediate joiners preferred
