About the role

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for core plant and manufacturing positions.
  • Execute bulk, lateral, and critical hiring for plant operations and support functions.
  • Partner closely with Plant HR, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand manpower planning and hiring priorities.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels - Job portals / Employee referrals/ Professional networks /Internal databases
  • Conduct initial screening, shortlisting, and coordinate interviews with plant panels.
  • Drive offer negotiation, offer rollout, and candidate closure within agreed timelines.
  • Coordinate pre-joining engagement and ensure smooth onboarding with HR Operations.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
  • Ensure compliance with plant hiring policies, safety norms, and manpower goals.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of overall recruitment experience
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on Plant hiring experience (Mandatory)
  • Strong exposure to manufacturing / plant-based recruitment.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in SuccessFactors.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing / automotive / industrial setups
  • Familiarity with local labor markets and vendor ecosystem
  • Ability to handle high-volume and time-sensitive hiring
  • Immediate joiners preferred
