About the role
- Detailed global business area analysis, including preparation of metrics, reports and presentations to identify business growth opportunities for the global VLS Off-Road business (focus on tractors & agricultural machinery)
- Continuous monitoring and analysis of international markets and competitors to inform planning and realization of opportunities
- Concrete planning and execution of global business growth opportunities with regional sales teams, including analysis of recommendations, marketing and customers
- Calculation and modeling of multiple business case types, e.g., for new products, sales & marketing initiatives, etc.
- Initiation, participation in, and leadership of strategic projects
- Global cross-functional coordination and management of central and regional functions in the context of the above activities
- Communication with all internal interfaces within the Schaeffler Group as well as external communication with customers and service providers
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the commercial vehicles sector or other B2B industries desirable
- Technical automotive knowledge and experience in sales, marketing and project management are advantageous
- Excellent MS Office skills and basic SAP knowledge
- Fluent English for daily work in an international environment
- Limited travel required domestically and internationally
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, assertiveness, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Independent, self-reliant working style and an interest in a broad range of tasks
