About the role
- Bridge strategy and execution by turning business objectives and member insights into digital roadmaps
- Coordinate internal and external delivery teams, ensuring strong governance
- Drive end-to-end delivery of Scene+’s multi-year digital product development roadmap
- Champion continuous improvement of UI/UX and personalization
- Serve as the primary digital counterpart to align product features
- Manage vendors and ensure accountability to timelines and budgets
- Define and monitor KPIs for new features and platform performance
- Foster a high-performance culture across digital product teams
Requirements
- Progressive experience in digital product management, product delivery, or digital execution roles
- Proven success managing web and mobile product delivery within complex ecosystems
- Experience in driving customer-centric product development
- Expertise in digital delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, release management)
- Experience with vendor and agency management
- Strong understanding of UX design, personalization, and digital engagement strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, or Tableau
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage complex projects from planning through delivery
