💰 €3,500 - €4,500 per month

About the role

  • Provide optimal customer support and engage in respectful, proactive communication: from job intake including diagnostics, order creation and invoicing through to quality control
  • Handle complaint management and warranty processing
  • Schedule and allocate work orders according to technicians' skills and arrange appointments with the goal of optimizing workshop utilization
  • Opportunity to assume workshop management in the medium term through structured succession planning, with the aim of leading a service operation while meeting agreed performance targets and managing and developing approximately 25 workshop employees

Requirements

  • Professional experience in the automotive industry and technical automotive training
  • Master technician certification (Meisterprüfung) and truck driving license C/CE
  • Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a strong service orientation
  • Initial experience in staff leadership — and enthusiasm for people management
  • Independent working style, strong organizational skills, reliability, and enthusiasm for Scania
