About the role
- Work closely with branches to develop, drive & support activities to sell & produce services as well as ensuring customer loyalty.
- Implementing, providing guidance & supporting branches in working with Dedicated Customer Service standards
- Implementing & managing Scania services applications/programs to assist with the development of workshop & customer support
- Compiling & analysing financial & performance reports to develop strategies together with branches
- Coaching, motivating & encouraging accountability in service teams to reach targets
- Contributing in improvement activities based on a standardised working method
Requirements
- Extensive experience in heavy vehicle/automotive retail service
- Understanding of service/maintenance requirements for heavy vehicles
- Familiar in the use of OEM applications
- Experience in working with process and change management
- A current Drivers Licence
