About the role
- Manage workshop orders, scheduling, order intake and invoice processing
- Communicate with customers, drivers and service teams – friendly, solution-oriented and professional
- Ensure process reliability and maintain databases
- Provide administrative support to the workshop manager and the entire service team
- General administrative duties and master data maintenance
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training
- Professional experience in internal sales or workshop administration within the commercial vehicle or automotive industry
- Organizational talent, hands-on mentality and quick comprehension
- Service-oriented attitude, clear communication and a team player mindset
- Reliability, precision and enjoyment working with heavy vehicles
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of AS/400
- Initial experience in accounting
