About the role

  • Manage workshop orders, scheduling, order intake and invoice processing
  • Communicate with customers, drivers and service teams – friendly, solution-oriented and professional
  • Ensure process reliability and maintain databases
  • Provide administrative support to the workshop manager and the entire service team
  • General administrative duties and master data maintenance

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training
  • Professional experience in internal sales or workshop administration within the commercial vehicle or automotive industry
  • Organizational talent, hands-on mentality and quick comprehension
  • Service-oriented attitude, clear communication and a team player mindset
  • Reliability, precision and enjoyment working with heavy vehicles
  • Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of AS/400
  • Initial experience in accounting
