About the role
- Act as a trusted advisor to MAN salespeople and dealers, helping them integrate financing solutions into their vehicle proposals and close deals more effectively.
- Bridge vehicle sales with financing, enabling sales teams to offer customers complete, value-driven transport solutions that include leasing, insurance, and tailored financing packages.
- Responsible for a specific region and a number of dealers within the Danish market.
- Work across several interfaces with multiple stakeholders, coordinating, supporting, and training vehicle salespeople (primarily in truck, van and bus segments) in the sales process and in the increasingly consultative sales approach.
- Collaborate closely with other Area Sales Managers (ASM) for aftermarket and truck/bus sales at MAN Truck & Bus Denmark & MAN dealers, working in a structured way on prospecting, packaging, and selling services that deliver the highest value to the customer.
- Work closely with dealership management and sales teams to jointly develop plans that support customer needs, plan activities, campaigns and drive and follow up on commercial goals set out in the regional market and business plan.
Requirements
- Experience in service sales, financing, insurance, and/or credit advisory services.
- Self-motivated, driven, and humble approach to tasks.
- Strong self-awareness and capable of switching between operational and strategic work.
- Enjoy analyzing, structuring, and have strong communication skills.
- Ability to build lasting relationships.
- Experience using CRM tools or sales analytics platforms is a plus.
- University degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent.
- Fluent in both Danish and English, written and spoken.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Valid driving license (B category).
