About the role
- P&C Service Managerの主な職務は、Compensation & Benefit及びEmployee Relationに関する管理及びプロセスの改善になります。
- Monthly payroll / Salary revision (including expats)
- Time Sheet management system
- Bonus (Sales Commission and Incentive Program)
- Resident tax, labor insurance, social insurance, year-end tax adjustment, defined contribution pension
- Payroll vendor management
- Legal Compliance -就業規則、労使協定、労基署監査等対応
- 雇用契約書(正社員/契約社員)
- 入管定期報告
- Company Rules -Labor-law, Labor office
- Employee Relations: -人事異動通知書

Requirements
- 自動車業界経験者尚可
- 10年以上のHR幅広い分野での知識、経験。
- 国内労働法、安全衛生法、衛生管理者資格歓迎
- 日本語ネイティブ+英語ビジネスレベル(TOEIC 700点相当以上)
- 4、5年一つの企業での就業 / Worked for one company at least for 4-5 years
- 配偶者ビザ、永住権、技人国 もしくは 特定技能1号以上
