Develop diagnostic and troubleshooting support for TRATON AB products (powertrain, cab systems, connected vehicle services)
Collaborate closely with system and function owners to make the workshop tool usable across TRATON AB brands
Act as the voice of mechanics in development projects, with direct impact on workshop profitability
Develop diagnostic methods and implement and test them on rigs and in vehicles
Operate at the intersection of mechatronics, software development, and business decisions
Work with the cloud-based Scania Workshop Suite to improve troubleshooting support on the new platform
Join Chassis, Cab and Body Diagnostics and/or Powertrain Diagnostics teams and contribute to cross-brand usability
Requirements
Minimum category B driver’s license
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Strong interest in or curiosity about programming
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or similar OR experience working with system development, vehicle systems, or programming
Service-oriented and enjoys combining theory, practice, and problem-solving
Good at building relationships, attentive to customer needs
Structured and good at prioritizing and planning work
Hands-on experience with vehicles or previous work at TRATON AB or Scania is a plus
Logical and personality tests may be used in selection; background check may be required
