About the role
- Act as the vital link between customer expectations and logistics execution
- Work closely with logistics leads, commercial teams, and external partners
- Contribute to initiatives that translate customer requirements into operational processes
- Optimize logistics performance and support the development of a scalable logistics model
- Focus on process leadership, customer service alignment, performance monitoring, continuous improvement, and governance & reporting
- Standardize and optimize warehouse and distribution processes across regions
- Translate customer needs into efficient logistics solutions
- Monitor logistics performance and drive improvements in delivery, packaging, and documentation
- Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for service issues
- Apply Lean principles to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure alignment and continuous improvement
- Travelling to warehouse locations as needed
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Process Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in warehouse and distribution operations across multiple geographies
- Proven track record in driving service excellence and process optimization in a global context
- Experience supporting retail, B2C, and marketplace customers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across global functions
- Familiarity with WMS and SAP systems is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Swedish is a plus.
