About the role

  • Designing circuit diagrams and cable harness drawings (2D/3D)
  • Analyzing and responding to customer requirements and technical requests
  • Writing demand specifications and functional descriptions for electrical systems
  • Driving project work from pre-study through to serial production, including planning, design, quality assurance, and deviation handling
  • Actively improving team’s working methods and processes
  • Part of daily planning and execution, striving to reduce lead times while maintaining high quality and output

Requirements

  • A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Product Development, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience with EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility)
  • 3–5 years of experience in electrical design, including electrical schematics, components, cable harnesses, and CAD tools
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry (a plus)
  • Familiarity with systems such as Saber, Capital Harness, and Catia (a plus)
  • Experience from troubleshooting on vehicles (a plus)
  • Clear and confident expression in English
