About the role
- Lead complex cross-functional programs from strategy to launch
- Align executives and teams on shared goals
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget
- Deliver high-quality product launches across trucks, buses, and services
- Balance technical and commercial trade-offs and engage senior stakeholders up to the Executive Board
- Coach teams and create an environment for collaboration, creativity, and results
- Bring clarity, momentum, and collaboration into complex environments
- Work across TRATON brands (MAN, Scania, Volkswagen Truck & Bus, International) within TRATON Group R&D Program Management Office
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and product development
- Experience within embedded systems (ideally)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Mechatronics) or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English
- Servant leadership / coaching leadership style and ability to motivate teams
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders up to Executive Board
- Ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget and deliver product launches across trucks, buses, and services
- Strong communication, stakeholder alignment, and team coaching skills
- Willingness to complete logical and personality tests during selection; background check may be required
