About the role
- Manage strategic and structural cross-functional, brand and global projects.
- Plan and execute projects with full accountability from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate closely with project team, steering group, and various stakeholders.
- Contribute to shaping Scania’s future logistics strategy across core processes.
- Work in an international environment with broad internal and external interfaces.
- Enable execution of strategy using strategic portfolio management, project management and business development.
- Cultivate an open and positive team environment and work in line with The Scania Way.
- Some travel is to be expected.
Requirements
- University degree (most likely in project management, engineering, or economics).
- Several years of experience in similar project management roles.
- Solid experience and strong understanding of logistics processes.
- Strong command of various project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Structured approach to achieving goals and ability to challenge the organization to ensure execution.
- Ability to collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, steering groups and project teams.
- Willingness to travel (some travel expected).
