About the role
- Oversee all SCM activities for R&D projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timely execution.
- Collaborate with R&D and supply chain teams to align strategies, translate engineering needs into SCM actions, and facilitate cross-functional meetings.
- Manage technical planning from the SCM side, developing and maintaining project schedules that reflect supply chain capabilities.
- Identify supply chain risks affecting R&D timelines or quality, and implement robust mitigation and contingency plans.
- Ensure SCM activities meet regulatory standards and quality benchmarks through collaboration with QA teams and regular audits.
- Act as the SCM voice in R&D project activities, ensuring early-stage integration of supply chain considerations.
- Submit SCM deliverables for project gate approvals, coordinate internal SCM roles, and manage documentation and training handovers.
- Provide estimates for cost, lead time, and quality of key components to identify gaps and optimize performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management or R&D.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data to proactively address supply chain challenges.
- Strong in creating structures and clarity.
- Good knowledge in SAP.
- Good knowledge in MS Power Apps.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Swedish is strongly preferred.
