About the role
- Identify and engage target companies
- Run outbound qualification
- Perform sales demos and close deals
- Open doors with decision-makers
- Uncover hiring intent and convert qualified prospects into clients
- Build and manage outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Qualify needs, timing, decision process, and budget fit
- Set & run sales demonstration meetings
- Keep CRM data accurate and actionable
- Prospect across multiple channels, focus on cold calling (50+ calls/day)
- Build and run a lead-sourcing strategy
- Own your pipeline end-to-end: prospecting, closing, and account management
- Manage your time independently across prospecting, sales demonstrations, and closing
- Use consultative, solution-based selling to uncover needs and clearly communicate value
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven commercial experience, especially outbound sales and prospecting
- 3+ years years of experience in high volume calling environment
- BILINGUAL IN BOTH ENGLISH/SPANISH
- 1 to 3+ years experience in performing sales demos
- Strong phone communication and clear articulation
- Excellent written skills (email and LinkedIn outreach)
- Demonstrated drive, ownership, and accountability in a fast-paced environment
- 3 years of experience in cold calling
- 3 years of experience in B2B outbound calls
- Strong time management and organization to balance customer engagement, closing, and CRM admin (Zoho, Hubspot, etc.)
