About the role
- Build New Referral Relationships
- Stay in touch with partners through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Help increase brand visibility through outreach, digital networking, and marketing campaigns.
- Join virtual events, online networking groups, and industry communities when possible.
- Use the company CRM system to track outreach, meetings, and relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or relationship-focused roles.
- At least 2 years of experience building professional relationships or referral partnerships with external stakeholders such as clients, vendors, partners, or service providers.
- Experience conducting 20+ outreach activities per week (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, or meetings) to generate new business opportunities or professional relationships.
- Minimum 2 years of experience using a CRM system (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) to manage contacts, track outreach, and monitor sales or partnership activity.
- Experience managing 10 or more active client, partner, or referral relationships at the same time.
