Requirements
- Sales or customer service experience (home services preferred)**
- Strong communication and persuasion skills**

- Experience with inbound and outbound call handling**
- Experience using CRM systems (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar preferred)**
- Experience with cloud-based calling systems / VoIP**
- Google Workspace or Outlook proficiency**
- Comfortable using structured sales scripts and workflows**
- Experience maintaining organized sales pipelines**
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments**
- Availability to overlap with U.S. business hours
