About the role
- Data integrity: You are the gatekeeper of HubSpot. You ensure every prospect imported is enriched, accurate, and properly categorized.
- Systems fluidity: You manage the 'tech stack' (Apollo, Instantly, Sales Navigator) so the sales team can focus purely on closing deals.
- Proactive problem solving: You don't just follow instructions; you look for ways to make the workflow faster, whether that's testing new AI tools or refining email deliverability.
- Prospecting & list building: Identify high-value eCommerce leads on LinkedIn Sales Navigator based on specific criteria.
- Data enrichment: Use Apollo and other tools to find verified contact data, ensuring 100% accuracy before importing to the CRM.
- HubSpot management: Completely manage the CRM backend, building lists, SQL reports, and ensuring lead status is always up to date.
- Cold email operations: Manage the Instantly.ai setup, including campaign creation, lead warming, and monitoring deliverability.
- Workflow enhancement: Assist with one-off technical projects, such as evaluating new sales software or using AI tools (like Claude/ChatGPT) to summarize sales calls and draft follow-up assets.
- Sales support: Act as general support for the sales team for any administrative or technical tasks needed to keep the 'engine' running.
Requirements
- Tech mastery: Deep familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a must.
- Experience with Instantly.ai or similar cold email tools is a huge plus.
- System-oriented mindset: You enjoy the 'backend' work of sales - organizing data, building reports, and optimizing workflows.
- Coachability: You are a fast learner who stays up-to-date with new tools and AI technologies.
- Attention to detail: You catch the small errors in data that others miss.
- English proficiency: Strong written and verbal English (though this is not a client-facing role, you will be supporting U.S. leadership).
- Availability: Flexible, but with a strong preference for candidates who can sync during 9 AM - 5 PM EST to collaborate with the team in real-time.
