About the role
- Sell a broad range of personal lines insurance products including Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Flood, and more
- Own the full sales cycle across phone, text, and email
- Access 80+ insurance carriers to find the best-fit policies for each customer
- Leverage AI-powered tools and tech to streamline workflow
- Close 60+ policies/ month with warm, inbound leads (no cold calling)
- Work four 10-hour shifts each week, including at least one weekend day
- Partner with team to build a schedule that fits life and customer needs
Requirements
- 10+ Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines state licenses
- 2+ years of Personal Lines Insurance Sales experience
- Experience in a contact center environment that offers multiple carriers
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills - phone and written
- Tech-savvy, motivated, and always ready to adapt
- Ability to work 9 AM to 9 PM ET shift coverage including at least one weekend day
- Must complete a background check prior to starting employment
