About the role

  • Own accounts: ensure projects are executed flawlessly, provide top-notch value to clients and identify growth opportunities.
  • Act as subject matter expert on energy-related projects: understand client needs and empathize with their perspective.
  • Drive account growth: build relationships, uncover opportunities, and contribute to pre-sales.
  • Collaborate across teams: communicate with clients and internal teams to track project status and future needs.
  • Design delivery roadmaps: set success criteria and KPIs, mitigate risks, and ensure effective project delivery.
  • Lead agile processes: participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, and design sessions with cross-functional experts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of working experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Energy Sector (Electricity, Petroleum, Renewables etc).
  • Proven track record (at least 2 years) as a project manager or product owner in agile environments delivering tech projects, preferably data related.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) coupled with proven delivery experience.
  • Account Management: Able to handle clients or internal projects, streamline project delivery, communicate risks and unearth new opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Greek.
  • Strong academic background in Energy (MSc or PhD) (advantage).
  • Data Science / Software Engineering or coding experience as part of a team (advantage).
  • Project Management certifications (Agile or Waterfall) (advantage).
