About the role
- On a daily basis you will work closely with our customers, service engineers and internal departments to ensure the customer needs are met
- Maintain service engineer’s diaries to meet the customer requirements
- You will process emails from a shared inbox and update information on spreadsheets
- Working on a variety of different tasks, prioritising and updating customers throughout the process
- Raising quotations, managing invoices and liaising with our finance department
- Checking that received documentation is in order, running regular reports, updating customer details on the database
- Regular use of SAP, inputting and updating information
- Collaborating with the Service team
Requirements
- Strong experience in a support administration position within a fast-paced environment
- Experience scheduling appointments and managing calendars would be beneficial
- Able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with people internally and externally
- Can react quickly to enquiries, being proactive juggling many enquires at the same time
- Highly organised, able to take ownership of varied processes
- Ability to prioritise, plan and multitask with strong attention to detail
- Good at working independently as well as a team player
- Experience in SAP (Service Module) would be beneficial, though full training will be provided
- Strong Excel skills
