About the role

  • On a daily basis you will work closely with our customers, service engineers and internal departments to ensure the customer needs are met
  • Maintain service engineer’s diaries to meet the customer requirements
  • You will process emails from a shared inbox and update information on spreadsheets
  • Working on a variety of different tasks, prioritising and updating customers throughout the process
  • Raising quotations, managing invoices and liaising with our finance department
  • Checking that received documentation is in order, running regular reports, updating customer details on the database
  • Regular use of SAP, inputting and updating information
  • Collaborating with the Service team

Requirements

  • Strong experience in a support administration position within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience scheduling appointments and managing calendars would be beneficial
  • Able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with people internally and externally
  • Can react quickly to enquiries, being proactive juggling many enquires at the same time
  • Highly organised, able to take ownership of varied processes
  • Ability to prioritise, plan and multitask with strong attention to detail
  • Good at working independently as well as a team player
  • Experience in SAP (Service Module) would be beneficial, though full training will be provided
  • Strong Excel skills
