About the role
- Manage, create, and grow social media presence
- Write blogs, articles, and thought-leadership content
- Create LinkedIn posts and short-form content
- Assist with website content updates
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form
- Research industry topics and propose new content ideas
- Identify trends and competitors’ content strategies
- Support email campaigns and outreach content
- Assist with SEO-friendly blog structuring
- Track engagement metrics and help improve content quality
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management.
- Ability to think independently and creatively
- Comfortable using AI tools for content generation and improvement
- Willingness to learn enterprise tech, SAP, AI, and B2B marketing
- Can take feedback and iterate fast
- Ability to work independently in the 8 PM – 1 AM IST shift.
