About the role
- Provide onsite IT support for all end user equipment and associated software
- Solve first and second-level incidents and service requests in our Service Management Systems
- Prepare IT equipment for new starters
- Assist other IT functions as needed with physical presence
Requirements
- Technical background in IT support or similar experience in a medium to large organization
- Knowledge and experience of installing laptops using SCCM, MS Office 365, Windows 11, Active Directory, Azure, MFA, and AV systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks when necessary
- Ability to adjust approach accordingly in a vibrant work environment
- Willingness to carry out site visits for support across the UK
